Connie brought 13 years of human resources experience to Parc Provence when it opened in 2004. After initially setting up the front office systems, Connie now manages human resources, staff benefits, onboarding processes, and front office business affairs. She is also a co-chair of the Staff Safety Committee.
After earning a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Avila University (Mo.), Connie taught secondary business education in the Kansas City public school system and at Platt College (Mo.). She also worked in the sales and human resources industries prior to joining the Parc Provence team.
