Kathy, who oversees all day-to-day operations for Parc Provence, has spent more than 30 years in the nursing profession. She originally joined The Gatesworth family of communities in 2007.
After serving as Parc’s director of clinical services from 2007-14, Kathy was the assistant administrator at McKnight Place Assisted Living from 2014-16. She returned to Parc as a dementia care specialist in 2017 and was promoted to administrator later that year.
Kathy has held a variety of positions throughout her career, including charge nurse, unit manager, quality assurance coordinator, and case manager. She has also spent time as the director of nursing for multiple senior, rehabilitation, and medical facilities.
A registered nurse and licensed nursing home administrator, Kathy earned her degree from the Missouri Baptist Hospital School of Nursing and studied business management at Bluefield College (Va.). She is married with three children and four grandchildren.
