James, who joined the Parc Provence team in May 2019, is responsible for checking, servicing, repairing, and/or replacing necessary devices, equipment, machinery, and building infrastructure. He is also tasked with ordering supplies and working with a variety of vendors.
James has more than 30 years of maintenance experience, including 15 at nursing communities. In addition to previously serving as a director of plant operations, he has been a maintenance director, manager, supervisor, and technician.
James has managed 12 employees plus a department budget. His skill set includes heating/air conditioning (HVAC) service, drywall replacements, equipment repairs, electrical troubleshooting, painting, and plumbing.
He and his wife have two daughters and two grandchildren.
