Patricia joined Parc Provence in October 2024 as our Business Office Director, bringing more than a decade of experience in senior living and a passion for serving others.
Coming from a proud family of law enforcement officers, firefighters, and nurses, Patricia always felt called to a life of service. While she quickly discovered that nursing wasn’t the right fit, she knew her heart was in helping people—especially seniors.
Patricia began her career in senior living in 2013 as a caregiver in California. Her strong work ethic and natural leadership quickly led to a promotion to Lead Receptionist in 2014. By 2016, she had advanced to Business Office Manager, where she not only oversaw operations but also mentored and trained other Business Office Managers across California’s Central Valley.
In 2024, Patricia and her husband made the move to Missouri to be closer to family. At Parc Provence, she brings warmth, expertise, and a genuine commitment to making a difference in the lives of our residents and their families.
