Erinn joined the Parc Provence team in 2021 as an LPN. She describes this as a pivotal moment in her career when she discovered her true purpose and passion for serving others. In 2024, she was promoted to Resident Care Director of Rosegarden, overseeing all aspects of care for residents in the later stages of memory care.
Before becoming a nurse, Erinn worked as a CNA for 16 years. This experience taught her invaluable lessons and further solidified her understanding of empathy and compassion.
Erinn says the residents and families of Rosegarden will always hold a special place in her heart. She is proud to be part of an organization that excels in providing exceptional care and creates a loving and supportive environment for its residents and their families.
