Lana joined Parc Provence in November 2020 as the human resources director bringing ten years of experience. She is responsible for managing all employee aspects such as recruiting, screening candidates, onboarding, and more.
Lana started her human resources career in 2010. Lana has a passion for employee relations and enjoys serving as an advocate for our employees.
Lana earned a Bachelor of Science in Family and Consumer Sciences from Eastern Illinois University in Charleston, IL. She and her husband have been married 14 years and have two sons.
