Michaela joined Parc Provence in July 2023 as a Leasing Counselor. She is passionate about assisting families throughout the leasing and admissions process and is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service to every resident and family she serves.
Michaela began her career in 2007 as an Administrative Assistant at a skilled nursing and rehabilitation community in the St. Louis area. Over the years, she has advanced through a variety of roles, including Assistant Admissions Coordinator, Medical Records Coordinator, Staffing Coordinator, and Memory Care Director. Her diverse experience inspired her to earn her Social Service Designee Certificate, leading to work in Social Services. She later completed her Nursing Home Administrator License and served as an Assistant Administrator.
While building her career in long-term care, Michaela also studied Business Administration at St. Louis Community College.
Outside of work, Michaela enjoys spending time with her husband, their three children, and two dogs.
